It was just a nice choice for a quick weekend visit in London with very good value for money. The bed was actually quite comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. Be prepared for noise, especially during lively events nearby.

i stayed only one night and everything was really nice. the room was clean and comfy, i liked the pub downstairs too, had a cool vibe. also the location was dope, lots of shops around like groceries and banks. the staff were helpful, even if the lady's english was kinda fast.

the room got really hot during the night, and i had to open a window to cool down a bit. also, one of the towels had a stain on it.

Enjoying a drink in the pub later turned out to be the highlight of my stay, as I made some wonderful new friends. the shower drain issue was a minor inconvenience during my stay.

I was welcomed with open arms and felt right at home with every sip of quality Guinness served downstairs. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfy, with a stunning claw-footed bath that added a touch of luxury to my stay. Plus, I loved having my own little balcony to soak in the vibrant Hackney atmosphere! 🌟

Exceptional atmosphere, comfortable accommodation.

The pub below offers live karaoke entertainment, making for a potentially fun night if you’re into that. The guesthouse has a central location in Hackney with a vibrant local culture, providing easy access to the diverse atmosphere of the area while being a quick stroll from major transport links.

The shared balcony leaves much to be desired, with an unappealing view, and the sound from the pub can be quite excessive, especially on karaoke nights. Street noise also becomes a factor as the evening progresses, impacting sleep quality. The bathroom cleanliness is concerning. I found black mould and a lack of basic supplies, which definitely detracted from the experience. The decor feels tired and the room wasn't like the pictures advertised, which left me disillusioned about the whole stay.

Would recommend for a budget stay

Cozy room, welcoming staff, the bed was incredibly comfortable with nice warm pillows and quilt. We loved enjoying the free wi-fi while being just a short distance from the train station.

Had a blast at this place! The karaoke nights on Mon and Wed are super fun, and the crowd is really friendly. The bar area is chill, perfect for pre-drinks. Just a heads up, those low stools are a bit of a struggle sometimes. it's my go-to spot now!
